1、 Routing的跟踪确认
2． 及时回复销售自揽货及海外代理的询价
3． 协助处理操作流程中的紧急突发事件
4． 客户的电话联系和回访维护工作，了解客户进出口情况，尽可能争取新的潜在业务
5． 礼貌、亲切、耐心地应对客户一切有关业务的查询要求，并给予积极的回应和解决方案
6． 负责处理一般的海外或者国内客户的投诉案例

The demands on intercontinental logistics are becoming more complex.Weiss-Rohlig therefore does not only sell standard logistics packages, but also very much focuses on providing tailored transport solutions,each to meet the needs of our customers.
