Responsibility:

For local (China) projects/customer orders:
Act as the main procurement interface to the Division during the sales phase and the order processing phase.

Sales Phase:
Support the Division (Project Procurement Manager) regarding cost estimates and delivery times for selected sales projects and products

- Together with Project Procurement Manager (PPM):
- Development of overall procurement strategies
- Coordination and safeguarding of all procurement resources required for a project
- Driving and coordinating the development and implementation of most effective global material and supplier strategies with the objective to achieve the best possible total cost position for all materials and services
- Utilizing the strategies, knowledge and power of the entire Global Procurement network
- Ensure the best possible integration of the Category experts (Strategic Buyers or Category Managers) within the procurement strategy development and execution phase.
- Develop and execute the material and supplier strategies (e.g. negotiation with suppliers) by himself only for "Division specific Material" in accordance to Material Code V19; for all other material and services the respective Strategic Buyer of the Location Procurement Centre is directly in charge.
Order Processing Phase:
- Coordinate the critical procurement activities with Strategic and Operational Procurement in terms of cost and deadlines
- Drive and coordinate the fine-tuning and/or re-adjustment and the execution of the most effective material and supplier strategies
Not related to a project or contract:
- Prepare supplier portfolios for Divisions' products in cooperation with the Project Procurement Manager (PPM)
- Support product value analysis projects

Global divisional support:
Act as the main procurement interface to China for the Division. He/She will support, drive, coordinate, develop and/or execute the China Sourcing strategy of the Division.

For all division specific Materials and Services:
- Development and Execution of Sourcing strategies within China in coordination with the Division (e.g. Market study, Supplier research, Supplier pre-selection, Supplier assessments, Strategy development, Negotiation, Contracting)

- Support the Division regarding cost estimates and delivery times for components which could be sourced in China

For all Category Material and Services:

- Support the communication processes between Division and the International Procurement Office China (IPO China)

Requirement:
- Bachelor Degree or above, major in Mechanical Engineering.
- 4 years above related experience about procurement in Heavy Machine industry. Well know heavy machine product.
- Good communication, negotiation and coordination skill
- Excellent English both in written and spoken
- Accept travelling
