Job Title: Operational Purchasing Assistant(Buyer)
Department: Operational Purchasing Department
Primary Manager: Operational Purchasing Manager
Primary Objectives:
To be responsible for local suppliers, handle PO in ERPII, coordinate and manage all matters regarding responsible suppliers and deliveries from them.
Job Responsibilities:
?PO handling in ERP system
?Follow up on time order confirmation and delivery from local and overseas suppliers.
?Coordinate with Sales Coodinator, warehouse and logistic of all matters regarding delivery from suppliers
?Work together with purchasing and quality to improve suppliers’ performance.
?Maintain system master data if necessary.
Qualifications:
?Associate degree above
?Two years above working experience on operational purchasing including one year experience of ERP system
?Language lever: CET-4 or above, good at English communications
?Work hard and carefulness, faithfulness and earnest.
?Good teamwork player
?One year above working on ERP is priority.
