PRIMARY DUTIES:

• Management
• Support Marketing and Product Management business plan development and submission
• Management / forecasting / reporting of team budget
• Actively maintain and develop functional links within Global Marketing, and with other marketing teams across the JC organisation
• Research and Analysis
• work with Product Management to identify market opportunities
• conduct market research to analyse competitors, to determine brand perceptions, to evaluate market penetrations and to understand customer needs
• monitor and track competitive advertisements, PR, and website messaging
• manage market segmentation, targeting, and positioning exercises as needed
• perform annual customer satisfaction survey and compile results report

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR ENTRY:

• Education:
• typically an accredited B degree in business, marketing, finance or related;

• Experience:
• typically at least 2 years’ relevant experience including in marketing or market research;
• knowledge of marketing or business principles and practices
• strong business writing and reporting skills
• ability to develop strong relationships and work with senior level executives
• fluent in spoken English
