Key Responsibility:
工作职责：
· Support Dpt. Manager to establish, review and implement the rule/method/process of supplier quality control;
支持部门经理建立，评估及实施供应商质量控制方法及流程
· Monitor compliance with established quality control rules, quality, package standards and procedures;
监控质量控制与既定方法，质量及包装标准及流程保持一致
· Drive continuous improvement in supplier quality management;
推进供应商质量管理的持续改进
· Confirm the International purchase sample and provide solutions for supplier quality improvement;
为提升供应商质量管理确认采购样件并提供解决方案
· Develop and implement quality control program;
发展并实施质量控制方案
· On-site quality audit for products before and during Supplier’s production;
供应商生产前及生产过程中现场产品质量审核
· Conduct periodic audits of the drawing management/inspection/test activities and documentation;
定期采取图纸管理/质检/测试审核并提供相关文件
· Management and maintenance of documents and databases of Suppliers Quality issues;
供应商质量管理及维护中的文档及数据管理
· Other assignments given by the Dept. Manager.

Qualifications:
任职要求：
· Bachelor degree in Electrical, Automation, Engineering or other equivalent major;
电气，自动化，工程类或其他相关专业本科学历
· Good knowledge of related manufacture process and quality system building up;
熟悉制造工艺及质量体系建立
· Familiar with electrical part (electrical cabinet or control panel) and manufacture process and quality control;
熟悉电气件（电气柜或控制面板）生产工艺及质量控制
· Able to frequent shor trip
适应短期频繁出差（天津周边，河北，山东境内）
· Language Level: CET-4 or above;
英语水平：四级以上
· Good at English reading and writing;
良好的英文读写能力
· Able to multitask and manage priorities;
多任务工作能力并能分清主次
· Self-motivated, consistently takes the initiative to get things done;
