Key Responsibility
工作职责
? Develop and execute sourcing strategies for localization and cost reduction;
为产品国产化及降低成本发展及执行采购战略
? Achieve objectives of cost reduction, quality, delivery and safety;
达成降低成本，确保质量，安全交期的目标
? Monitoring and driving supplier improvement on quality system and on time delivery;
监控及推进供应商质量体系改进及及时发货
? Responsible for supplier contract negotiation, renew & update suppliers' agreements;
负责供应商合同谈判，续订及更新
? Search & develop to maintain a qualified and potential supply base in China for assigned categories;
为所负责产品类别搜寻，发展并维护合格及潜在的供应商
? Follow up and execute localization and cost reduction projects schedule with suppliers;
跟进及执行国产化及成本降低项目进程
? Follow up/execute engineering/design changes according to drawings/specification.
根据图纸及规格跟进及执行设计变更
? Responsible for executing the entire sourcing process from supplier assessment, quote analysis, negotiation, supplier selection and approval, sample order, parts approval and serial production;
根据供应商评估执行供应商开发流程，报价分析，谈判，供应商选择及批准，样品及零部件审批，量产
? Execution of other tasks related to purchasing support which has been assigned by direct manager.

? Bachelor degree in mechanical, electricity, industrial design, engineering or other equivalent major
机械，电气，工业设计，工程等相关专业本科学历
Experience
经验要求
? 4 years above working experiences in sourcing or supplier quality management
4年以上供应商开发或质量管理相关经验
? Knowledge in sheetmetal,welding,casting,machining,plastic will be an advantage
熟悉钣金，焊接，铸造，机加工，塑料加工工艺者优先
? Experience in supplier process improvement will be an advantage
具备供应商工艺改进经验者优先
