职位描述
Job Title: After Sales Service Engineer
Reports To: After Sales Service Manager
Department: Installation and Service Department
Justification of Position：
Provide after sales technical support to customers to ensure problems resolving timely.
Key Responsibilities：
· Provide after sales technical support to customers including installing, commissioning, testing, and maintaining equipment.
· Trouble shoot, investigate, and resolve technical problems.
· Analysis and evaluate the after sales issues to identify the problem reasons.
· Train customers on the features of the equipment they have installed.
Provide regular report on time.
Qualifications
Education: Associate degree above in Mechanical, Electrical Automation or equivalent majors.
Working Experience:
· 3 years above experiences in equipment installing, commissioning, maintaining, etc.
· After sales technical support experience is preferable
· Experience of customer training is preferable
Professional Skills / Knowledge
· Proficient in office software as WORD, EXCEL, OUTLOOK, PPT, etc.
· Excellent problem analysis and solving ability
· Excellent reporting ability
· English skill is an advantage
Behaviour/Competencies
· Willing to travel to customer sites frequently around the country
· Could work in tough farm environment
· Strong customer service sense.
· Good team player
· Positive and proactive approach towards problem solving
· Self-motivated and quick learner.
· Able to multitask and manage priorities.
· Consistently takes the initiative to get things done.
