Position Mission:
Be responsible in compliance with Sportmaster indirect purchasing missions, guidelines and strategies for brand purchases portfolio through the implementation of purchasing categories strategies and projects.
Create value by contributing to the brand objectives regarding quality, supplier and risk management, innovation, sustainability, services, processes improvement and costs savings to ensure internal stakeholders satisfaction.

Essential job functions:
? Manage cost effective policy and procurement solutions.
? Accepting and editing purchase requests from various departments, including supplier development, enquiry, signing procurement contract, acceptance tests, estimation and feedback of overall work.
? Negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure best cost/quality performance and guarantee the most appropriate terms and conditions
? Identify and evaluate existing suppliers, sourcing for potential suppliers
? Maintain and review records of items bought, costs, deliveries, product performance
? Seek new areas of cost reduction and value enhancement
? Set economic and/or qualitative targets for each purchasing action
? manage expenses analysis for indirect purchasing items
? Conduct purchasing projects (specification work, sourcing, negotiation, contract) in close partnership with functional stakeholders and in accordance with indirect purchasing guidelines.
? Select and manage performing suppliers, define KPIs, evaluate and manage supplier performance and compliance.
? Provide expertise and support (deliverables, best practices, framework…) and promote purchasing guidelines
? Work in close collaboration with group indirect purchasing departments and report projects and performance (quantitative and qualitative indicators) within the reporting framework
? Contribute to the internal communication: purchasing projects, referenced suppliers and agreements conditions, purchasing guidelines.
? Develop best practices exchanges within his brand and with the other brands

Minimum Qualifications
? Bachelor Degree and industry experience and knowledge of a technical field. In addition, training and experience in a manufacturing or production setting is also beneficial.
? Minimum 3-5 years of experience in purchasing, with proven ability to develop and deliver strategic vision, clear understanding of indirect purchasing management (office equipment, air conditioner, solid machine, etc.) and experienced in best practices purchasing tools and techniques in a complex international environment is a plus
? Analytical, persuasion and creativity abilities / Leadership and teamwork
? Excellent communication and organizational skills with all levels of organization and suppliers
? Fluent in written English and oral English, be familiar with technical English is a plus
