Job Description:
- Realize detailed market study of city planning, competitor and propose city expansion strategy. (Economy, population, commercial area…).
- Search for the best locations to open the new store of the company according to the corporate’s standards.
- Develop working relationships with landlord, developers and relevant government authorities
- Evaluate land and neighbour hoods where properties are situated, considering locations and trends or impending changes that could influence future sales activity.
- Prepare detailed written reports that estimate property values, costs, outline methods by which the estimations were made, and meet appraisal standards.
- Lead and drive the whole process from site identification to contract sign-off
- Negotiate with local agencies to obtain the best agreements in the chosen locations.
- Cooperate, communicate, coordinate with other corporate service departments such as legal, finance, design, construction and align with retail side to move forward the project.
- Obtain local administrative authorizations to realize the opening program.
- Make sure the smooth progress of all operations until the store’s opening.
- As coordinator between operation team and landlord.


Requirements:
- Above three years of working experiences in retail expansion or commercial real estate field(fashion, sports, appliances, hypermarkets, shopping malls…)
- Good experience in commercial real estate evaluation and land acquisition procedure
- Successful track record in land purchase projects is preferred
- Excellent analytical skill, problem-solving skill, presentation skill, negotiation and inter-personal skill
- Sound logic and critical thinking, great commercial sense, excellent execution capability and attention to details
- Self-motivated, action-oriented and result-driven, team-work spirit yet capable of working independently
- Be able to travel frequently inside or outside of the city.
- Fluent in Chinese and English .
- Bachelor degree above, preferred major in commercial, legal, city planning, construction.
- Like sports, independent, dynamic, enjoying challenges.
