职位描述
Responsibilities
1. Leads the development of strategic plans supporting the development of business building initiatives for existing brands from a consumer and customer insights perspective.
2. Develops a competitively superior understanding of consumer needs and the relationship between consumers and brands.
3. Defines critical marketing and business issues through broad-based business analysis and consultation with key managers across critical functions. Understanding not only the research on a brand, but its business as a whole.
4. Independently develops insights that provide competitive advantage and integrates these insights into the business to drive marketplace success.
5. Manages supplier selection, activity and work flow to ensure issue-focused, cost efficient, accurate and timely completion of projects.
6. Set up KPIs on brand and business performance and provide recommendation to improve business operation.
7. Act as the local point of all intelligence data gathered in BU to provide actionable recommendation to relevant management teams.
Requirements
1. University Degree desirable. A master's degree in Business or Market Research is preferred.
2. Excellent communication skills at least in English.
3. Minimum of total 7 years working experience in Marketing/Research agency in product / brand management with OTC products and FMCG industry.
4. Good understanding of drug, pharmacy and modern trade channel.
5. Has a successful track record with product launch and activity plans.
6. Can work independently and can manage projects.
7. Strong technical skills in market research, qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
8. Experience in multiple data base management and multi-source information
9. Good knowledge of panel data
10. Curiosity and passion for understanding consumers' attitudes and behaviours.
11. Strong interest in the Consumer Healthcare & Dermatology categories.
12. Ability to function in a collaborative work environment, partnering with brand marketing, integrated
13. marketing services, syndicated and global.
14. Able to objectively identify underlying business issues.
15. Skilled at managing line partner expectations.
16. Strong business perspective beyond traditional consumer insights boundaries.
17. Any experience on digital marketing analysis is preferred.
