ACTIVITIES:
1.Conduct testing and studies of company records, processes, practices and systems to ensure that relevant risks are properly monitored and mitigated across the business functions and assess the compliance level of regulatory rules and enforcement of company policy and procedures.
2.Identify existing and potential risks and rooms for improvements, issue recommendations and, whenever possible, provide solutions.
3.Draft and review business and financial process flowcharts, manuals, policies and procedures, then assist the management to implement policies and procedures across the company.
4.Conduct internal assessment according to the requirements from management and TCI.
5.Responsible for banking & treasury functions, cash flow forecast, bank reconciliation.
6.COPA/FI data checking to make sure the data syncrilation between COPA/FI module
7.Ad hoc sales analysis assist

QUALIFICATIONS:
1.Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting or business related.
2.2 years of relevant work experience.
3.MS software techniques required, SAP knowledge will be a plus.
4.Display high levels of energy and self-motivation, with strong business acumen.
5.Good communication and negotiation skills for partnership with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and senior management.
6.Good English communication skills.
7.Good critical thinking, analytical, leadership and interpersonal skills.
