Global Trade and Receivables Finance (GTRF)
HSBC Global Trade and Receivables Finance is committed to helping companies of all sizes from every part of the world grow their business across borders. We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Senior GTRF Sales Manager HBCN .
In this role, you will
:
Built and develop China’s Global Trade & Receivables Finance (GTRF) business for Financial Institution (FI) client segment and be responsible for the overall business management , growth and success by :
- Developing a China specific FI GTRF business strategy that is align with GTRF CNQ’s vision of being the “Best Trade Bank in China’ and GTB group vision of being “The Best Sales Organisation’
- Provide strategic direction and leadership for the business and enhance shareholder’s return by originating quality GTRF clients and transactions that contribute towards a robust business model and sustainable growth
- Execute and achieve the Rolling Operating Plan by a) influencing and leveraging key stakeholders within China b) work with ASP for regional / global mandates and client strategy
- Understand FI clients’ current needs, anticipate future needs and work with product development /middle office and other stakeholders locally or regionally to structure and customize trade solutions that meet those needs which differentiates the bank from competitors

Qualifications
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

- University graduate or above
- > 10 years related banking experience
- Ability to think globally and deliver locally in China
- Strong business & people management skills with experience in managing a large & complex country like China
- Track record in transforming businesses and building high performing team
- A thorough and sound knowledge in banking with preference for relationship management and/or solution structuring or trading in the seondary investors market experience
- Good credit and risk assessment skills.
- Established network of China market intelligence
