Retail Banking and Wealth Management
Retail Banking and Wealth Management leverages HSBC’s global retail banking expertise and wealth management capabilities to deliver a broad range of world-class retail banking solutions to millions of customers. Driving for growth in key markets around the world, the business comprises areas such as retail banking, wealth management, insurance and asset management, with a focus on customer-centric propositions and innovative and efficient distribution channels that will differentiate our customer experience and deliver market leading retail banking and wealth management solutions.

We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join this team in the role of Liabilities and Investment Financing Manager RBWM HBCN.
In this role, you will:
·By evaluating the market trend, competitor activities, customer needs, internal requirements and compliance regulations to identify market niche for new liabilities products and enhancement
·By initiating new product plan with challenging objectives and potential profit to the Bank
·By evaluating the commercial feasibility, viable alternatives/ approaches and recommending new product development
·By working closely with ASP RBWM to update the market information, share best practice, introduce innovative product timely and tailor to local market
·By coordinating and liaising with branch network, GM, CD, IT, LGA and CMP, and other internal supporting departments to ensure smooth implementation of the approved plan
·By increasing the product profitability through conducting key income/cost analysis and monitoring the product performance
·By working closely with MKT in developing successful campaigns to promote the products
·By developing and retaining competent local liabilities products team to support the continuous expansion of RBWM business.
·By ensuring appropriate succession planning
·By developing the team through appropriate task allocation and team discussions
·By planning, managing and monitoring project implementation along the path to completion through regular progress conference calls, ensuring that the necessary resources are secured, robust project plans are developed, necessary sign-off is obtained and critical issues are escalated, if necessary
·By co-working with relevant parties to smooth and new product launch process

Qualifications
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
·University (BA) or (BS) above education background, Extensive experience in Wealth Management
·Excellent communication skills and ability to write persuasively and converse fluently in English
·Proven track record of business results with strong commercial focus and rigor in implementation
·Demonstrable people leadership and country relationship management skills, with the ability to gain consensus and agreement between geographically diverse countries
