Position: Electrical & Control Engineer

Report to: Manager of Engineering Dept

Responsibility:

1. Work closely with sales department, review I&E technical documents, cost estimation; electric and control system design based on the specification of RFQ for bidding

2. Take the responsibility on the basic engineering of electrical and control system for awarded project, including datasheet generation, communication with vendors, equipment parameters and specification evaluation, and TBA generation

3. Work closely with procurement department for qualified equipments purchasing and budgetary control

4. Guide project site installation and Plant Commissioning

5. Work closely with ASA team and finalize instrument, electrical drawings and control philosophy

6. Work closely with internal team of engineering department

Requirement & Qualification:

1. Water treatment company experience preferred

2. Bachelor's degree in control & electrical engineering or related field.

3. Must be proficient in the following programs: MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD, and PLC/HMI programming software such as Siemens Simatic, AB / Rockwell, NI LabView, and other similar software.

4. 5+ years of related work experience with at least three years of experience in membrane filtration or similar filtration and separation process controls.

5. Experience and knowledge in process instrumentation troubleshoot

6. Collaborate with various oversea engineers and CAD drafters as required to design electrical controls based on customer specifications.

7. Flexibility to travel as project required

8. Experience in process instrumentation troubleshoot

9. Good interpersonal skills, including ability to contribute in a team environment and work independently

10. Good command in English
