Job Description for the position Managing Director (m/f) for a subsidiary in China
Tasks:
? Management of the subsidiary including budget and profit responsibility
? Participation and creating as well as implementation of the company strategy
? Structuring of the subsidiary organization structure and optimizing of business processes
? Key aspects of the daily work are focused on sales and administration
? Key Account Management
? Exploitation of further market and turnover potential in the Chinese market
? Monitoring of market trends and competitors activities
? Direct reporting to the German HQ
? Link between the different cultures
? Link to the German HQ
Requirements:
? Entrepreneurial personality with high conceptual skills and assertiveness
? Distinct technical and commercial skills
? Several years of managing experiences in an international and worldwide acting
company with the focal point on sales and marketing
? Chinese with high level English skills – and/or German skills
? European with high level English skills and ideally with good Chinese skills
? Willingness to travel
? Energy and hands-on mentality
? Ability to work in a team
