Role Summary/Purpose

Essential Responsibilities

1. Proper project planning and scheduling, maintain in SAP on time. 2. Build up project team from functional department or other unit such as Engineering, GSC and Service. Lead and supervise the project team to ensure the effective management and implementation of all projects. 3. Wonderful customer satisfaction management via good communication skills and high quality deliverables 4. Change management and monitor and control the cost to improve the project contribution margin or at least to maintain it as the booked value. 5. Reasonable legal and contract arrangement to guard host company’s interests. Ensure contract administration such as payment billing on time, shipment on time, sales confirmation on time, L/C documents collection on time and payment collection on time. 6. Well coordinate involved functional staff, managers and other unit colleagues to synchronize efforts as a team to achieve project goals. Effective supplier or subcontract management and evaluation together with GSC team. 7. Ensure the project documents are accurately prepared by the team and deliver to customer. 8. Perform an accurate estimate of cost on the monthly project cost report .Precise project reporting to keep management updated on the progress 9. Project lifecycle management to assure the contract commitments are met. 10. Perform any other relevant tasks and duties as assigned by ITO/OTR Manager

Qualifications/Requirements

Required EducationBS or above of electrical or mechanical, electrical is preferredRequired ExperienceAbundant project management experience, with mini. 5 years related working experience, preferred with large scale system or solution business. Industry trade such as metal, mining is preferred.Over 5 years working experience of WOFE or JV is preferredGood academic background, graduates from well-known university or college is preferredSpecialized Knowledge/Skills1. Good communication skill in both verbal and writing English2. PMP certified is preferred3. Proficient Excel, PowerPoint and MS-Project skills4. Driver or automation technical background is preferred.
