Job Summary:
The Human Resources Assistant is responsible for executing administration tasks around the ongoing operation of employee related programs and processes relevant to business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily management and administration of all the physical folders/Letterhead paper, including information checking, filing documents, tracking of folder borrowing and etc.
Daily management and administration of the HR library.
Maintenance of folder database.
Manage the daily record of folder/Letterhead paper borrowing.
Filing all documents (such as salary letters, verification letters etc.) as needed.
Assist line manager by providing timely and consistent advise/analysis of the development of folders and consuming of the letterhead paper per the requests
Provide the secretary service to HR team, ie. Copying and data key-in & auditing.
Coordinate with other functions per the business need.
Maximize the effectiveness of teamwork within the HR Service Centre by providing assistance to other team members in busy periods
Systems
Maximize the effectiveness of the HR function by using systems and procedures that ensure compliance with Accenture standards
Teamwork
Maximize the effectiveness of teamwork within the HR Service Centre by providing assistance to other team members in busy periods
Regularly review and action incoming email enquiries via Siebel and Support mailbox and remind teammates if necessary or as directed by the Team Leader.
Special Projects
Assist country HR by providing support to local projects with ad hoc services as requested
Assist APAC management by providing support to general projects as requested
Relationships:
Reports to: Physical Folder SME
Supervises: N/A
External Relationships: HR service providers - as appropriate
