Create customized interventions to generate & maintain high levels of Employee Engagement across different departments through
1.Periodic meetings with Business Heads & key stake-holders
2.Plan & implement interventions as an outcome of the Employee Engagement Survey
3.Plan & execute function-specific Engagement schedules
4.Play a key role in elements of Recruitment & Selection through
5.Ensure interfaces with new joiners at al stages of Onboarding Process
6.Devise methods with Business Heads to meet Time to Competence after induction stages
7.Recruitment Governance: Process compliance and audit, stakeholder management etc.
8.Drive the Performance Management process end-to-end through
9.Facilitating cascading of Key Performance Indicators & Unit Objectives
10.Coaching managers on usage of tools & methods of conducting appraisal reviews
11.Periodic audits & reviews of process effectiveness
12.Drive implementation of Learning & Development agenda with other HR Leads through
13.Ownership for Individual & Group Development Plans
14.Implement role/position based learning plans
15.Generate & maintain quality of MIS for Key Employee Metrics through
16.Interfaces with site HR teams to create data templates & ensure field accuracy
17.Develop analytical tools based on vital Organizational Health such as Employee Attrition, Key Talent Retention, Internal Job Mobility, Hiring Effectiveness

Broad HR Knowledge with experience in applications of HR principles to MNC settings
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills - customer service orientation
Proven in excellent delivery -passionate with a high drive and closure orientation
