EHS Manage/Director for a Global leading European company in Guangxi

Key responsibilities主要职责:

1. Steering and supporting safety of operations

2. Occupational health support

3. Supporting Safety tool box implementation

4. Developing and coordinate the safety meetings and network inside the mill, including safety committee work

5. Participate for building and developing a management systems for board mill, BCTMP and power plant

6. OHS statistics in area

7. Creating good working environment and spirit

8. Support accident analysis and prevention work

9. Provide and organize OHS training

10. Set and achieve the objectives with area organization

11. Continuous improvement work in OHS

12. Supporting area’s medium/long term target setting

13. Other work related tasks

Requirement要求

1. Education requirement: BSc or equivalent.

2. Professional experience required: min 5 year experience with Industrial OHS tasks

3. Proven ability to inspire and motivate people.

4. Strong leadership and communications skills.

5. Good safety track record.

6. Language and other skill requirements: Fluent in Mandarin and English.

7. Open-minded person with ability to work within an international team.

8. Other requirements and preferred traits: team player, results oriented and negotiation skills.
