Major tasks and responsibilities:

·  Safety of operations and Environmental responsibility in area

·  Building and maintaining a competitive organization for the board mill and BCTMP plant

·  Needed customer relations

·  Building and developing a management systems for board mill and BCTMP plant

·  Developing operations in alignment with the mill’s strategy and guidelines

·  Area resources development (personnel and technology)

·  Daily production and quality targets

·  Overall effectiveness and cost control (planning and follow up)

·  Set and achieve the objectives of area organization

·  Continuous improvement work

·  Responsible for operator maintenance work in the area

·  Member of operational management team

·  Steering board mill’s medium/long term target setting and investment planning

·  Other work related tasks

Job Requirements:

· Education requirement: MSc or equivalent.

· Professional experience required: 10+ years in board/paper mill operations, several years management experience, deep understanding of board process. Experiences of complex mill integrate operations, BCTMP/TMP operations is advantage.

· Proven ability to inspire and motivate people.

· Strong leadership and communications skills.

· Good safety track record.

· Language and other skill requirements: Fluent in English and Mandarin.

· Open-minded person with ability to work within an international team.

· Other requirements and preferred traits: team player, results oriented and negotiation skills.
