职位描述

Job description

1.Manage supplier relationships to drive supplier performance, contract effectiveness,collaboration and integration and deliver improved result. Build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with key vendors within the commodity with the objective of reducing costs and eliminating inefficiencies
2. Build and maintain relationships with internal functions within purchasing, such as
Advanced / OEM Purchasing and Supplier Quality Assurance and Development. Ensure commodity strategy is communicated to relevant parties across purchasing functions. Ensure commodity strategy and supplier capacity is aligned to new development plans
3. Build and maintain relationships with internal customers and other functions to ensure continuous improvement and that service level commitments are met.
4. Drive demand management to optimize lifecycle cost
5. Conduct PPV activities, budgeting (including PPV and OMV), and annual price
negotiations as well as LCC initiatives

Requirements
Education
1. Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, engineering or other relevant discipline - or equivalent
2. Preferred: Master’s Degree and recognized qualification in Purchasing
Experience:
3. Minimum 10 years of purchasing experience, preferably in commodity management positions
4. Experience of the specific commodity bearings, seals, crank-shafts, forging parts is must and ignition module is an advantage
5. Leadership and change management experience in of advantage
Languages:
6. Fluency in English is required (written and oral)
7. Fluency in additional languages, e.g. German or other language, is an advantage
Skills and Capabilities:
8. Strong planning, organization, analytical, and problem solving skills
9. Extensive analytical and data management skills
10. Fact based negotiations skills and cross functional team collaboration
11. Understanding key components of managing strategic supplier relationships, including relationship building, performance, development and integration
12. Deep knowledge and experience with software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office) including presentation and database applications.
13. Written and verbal communications skills
14. Strong interpersonal skills (e.g., tact/diplomacy, listening, negotiation, etc).
15. Understanding the importance of customer service and internal stakeholder management
16. Capable on multiple tasks management , and strong problem solving skill
