Requirements for Job (education or experience required to be able to perform this job):
· 30- 40 preferred.
· Bachelor's Degree
· Certified Six Sigma Black Belt at least for two years.
· 3 years experience in Continuous improvement.
· Background on Lean office is a plus.
· Strong leadership ability and communication skills
· Excellent oral and written in English and Chinese.
· This is a demanding position that requires strong self-motivation and influencing skill.
Key Objectives/Principal Accountabilities (kindly limit to a maximum of eight)
· Develop and complete BB projects to drive company excellence.
· Identify the potential GB/TEC/LEAN project based on company strategic; and deliver the finance bottom line result $.
· Work with functional team to select the right projects and build up the project pool;
· Support, Coach and Review GB/TEC/LEAN project.
· Make regular reports to manager on improvement project progress, barriers, & issues
· Deliver Six Sigma/Lean training to all levels of people as required.
