Requirements for Job (education or experience required to be able to perform this job):
1.HSE Orientated.
2.University Graduate with degree in Chemical Engineering, ME, EE or related discipline,
3.Practical experience in engineering design,
4.10 years field working experience in construction, with minimum 5 years in managerial position.
5.Experience in managing green field project with size of > 5 million.
6.Good communication skill with consultant, contractor, and government agency,
7.Good management skill,
8.English Language skill is essential.
9.Basic operating skill in CAD.
Key Objectives/Principal Accountabilities (kindly limit to a maximum of eight)
Preparation and Preliminary Stage
1.Lead the project team for the preparation of AR,
2.Liaise with global team for the design input,
3.Liaise with local government for the permitting,
4.Lead the team with the information collection needed.
Design and Construction Stage
1.Overlook the engineering design for new plant,
2.Lead the construction team to overlook the construction and manage construction contractor, construction management company and QA company.
3.Direct responsibility on site's HSE
4.Direct responsible for overall schedule and expenditure.
5.Co-ordinate with commissioning to start up the plant,
6.Report to the steering committee regarding the project progress.

1.Deco Paints China will invest Euro 80-100 millions to expand existing manufacturing facilities as well as building new facility in Southern part of China.
