职位描述
1.Track forging development and update the Engineering Development Summary when necessary.
2.Correspond with vendor to arrange delivery to appropriate test location. Work with SBC MH and TW engineering team to send results to the supplier and perform any required follow up.
3.Track carbon frame, fork and components development ensuring suppliers are following schedules.
4.Work with composites supplier to ensure each part is inspected to the drawing. Work with suppliers and engineers on out of tolerance issues to determine if acceptable or lead time for new samples.
5.Review all forging and tube drawings to ensure that critical manufacturing and functional dimensions are present. Make modifications to drawings and/or models when it is necessary.
6.Create frame/ fork/ Component modeling and drawing techniques for Pro/E software.
7.Create fixtures and gauges to improve manufacturing processes and check in process and finished goods for dimensional accuracy.
8.Working with carbon supplier to ensure the carbon metal parts/ tooling is checked to the drawing and make sure the process and tolerance are stable.
9.To review all of processes of NPI and inspect the fixture at Suppliers to ensure they are correct for making products.
10.Helping with the artwork for the graphic and painting in pilot run to confirm the design can be in production.
11.To review the testing standard, tolerance requirement and process are correctly for bike assembly.
12.To have capability development new process of composite in molding, machining to ensure the processes are stabilized.
