Our client is a leading manufactory company. They have a large industry project based in Shanghai.They are looking for a new construction team.
Responsibility
The candidate will be responsible for overall coordination of site operation and all site activities, coordination of the work, supervision of site organization and temporary infrastructure. You will monitor and follow-up overall construction schedule, supervise shop drawing review and approval process, material approval process, method statement, QA/QC plan review and the approval processes. You will manage EHS, and endorse contractors’ performance certificate.
Requirements
You should have 10 years of experience acting as Construction Manager for large building projects in China, with broad knowledge in building construction and project management and excellent negotiation skills. You should have knowledge in local standards and codes for building construction, knowledge in legal aspects and contracts. English written and spoken at negotiation level is a must.
