Our client is a leading manufactory company. They have a large industry project based in Shanghai. They are looking for a new construction team.
Responsibility
You will estimate cost estimates based on design variation, analyze costs regarding changes in design, time and permit, make prequalification and preparation of the standard contract with general or sub contractor, coordinate tenders and evaluate bid. You are responsible to control quantity and prices, budgets and payments.
Requirements
You should have 10 years of experience as an overall Quantity Surveyor for large building projects in China. Broad knowledge in building construction and project management Skilled negotiator, knowledge in local standards and codes and knowledge in legal aspects and contracts for building construction is required. English written and spoken at negotiation level is a must.
