About Learning & Development Service Delivery Centre:

The Learning & Development service delivery provides service to PwC Learning & Development community internally and serves PwC Mainland China and HongKong initially.
This team is responsible for delivering Learning & Development transactional services, providing Learning support, Exam support, Media support and Reporting services to L&D teams in different offices of PwC Mainland China and HongKong area with the purpose of well supporting their business objectives.

Responsibilities:
Following are the responsibilities this service delivery team will mainly perform, each staff of this team may only work across one or a few areas of which:
Learning Support responsibilities:

Identify target participant name list by course mapping criteria;
  • Prepare enrolment list (in excel file) based on target participant name list;
  • Monitor participant enrolment for both classroom and elearning courses in Learning Management System (ILearn);
  • Support course logistics and administrative matters such as sending new joiner note, instructor thank you letter, KPI notification and course related information to participant and faculty by email or telephone plus subsequent reminders;
  • Use basic functions in Learning Management System (ILearn) such as creating and updating course page and evaluation form, updating attendance for classroom sessions, setting up training record report template and preparing attendance record report;
  • Update attendance records in target participant control list and prepare different types of outstanding reports (by LoS, by course, etc.);
  • Be familiar with excel functions for preparing reports and making simple analysis on course/instructor evaluation;
  • Book rooms for training events, video conference, WebEx and other events through internal systems;
  • Provide support on other ad hoc administrative matters;
  • Learning Technology Support responsibilities:

    • Review video, in English or Putonghua, and transcribe the dialogue into text script;
    • Input scripts into video as subtitles using Windows Live Movie Maker;
    • Perform simple video editing, e.g. cutting and pasting of clips, adding speaker titles and simple transition, and render to a new version;
    • Report to senior / team leader to make sure work is in accordance with the agreed scope; and
    • Online course testing.


    Reporting structure & key relationships:
    Reporting to: Team Lead of Learning & Development Service Delivery Centre, SDC

    Requirements:

    University degree;
  • Experience in Media editing is an advantage;
  • 1-3 years HR or L&D department working experience of foreign invested company preferred;
  • Excellent Excel skill is a must;
  • Good internal and external relationship management skills; and
  • Good communication skills in English and Mandarin.
