职位描述
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and develop the quality function and quality organization at the plant
2. Drive and support product and service related operative quality management processes (Design assurance, Risk Management, Validation processes, supplier quality, incoming inspection, IPC, deviation system, CAPA, audits, continuous improvement, etc.)
3. Initiate internal and external quality performance improvement actions
4. Develop and report on quality performance metrics which will provide focus for operational efficiency, customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance
5. Liaise with the external assessment body on all matters related to the accreditation process.
Education/Experience:
1. University degree in applicable branch of study (industrial-, engineering-, pharmaceutical-, or other relevant)
2. In practice at least 5 years’ experience of quality management in a manufacturing environment.
3. Experience with the ISO 13485 and 21 CFR 820 requirements
