Achieve personal mortgage business target in terms of drawdown, revenue etc, the target will be adjusted according to HQ's order timely.

Manage and grow customer portfolio; increase customer count and assets, generating a sustainable income stream and managing attrition

Responsible for :

Enhance relationship with local developer and agent, aggressively develop new channels to keep bringing more mortgage business to the bank.

Finish all process of loan application, approve and drawdown independent.

Pro-actively cooperation with loan related 3^rd party firms to ensure quality of case press.

Providing clients personalized wealth advisory service.

Offer suitable suite of products and services that meets clients' financial objective.

Attending to clients' banking needs and requirements.

Meeting regulators' and banks' compliance & operational standards in sales & service delivery process

Achieving key performance index .

Requirement:

University graduate with minimum 1 year working experience in Mortgage or Wealth Management product.

In-depth knowledge of enlisted products and services.

Comprehensive knowledge of compliance and security policies and procedures.

Willing to take challenge and able to work under pressure.
