国际诊所前台，提供专业接待服务，管理就医（体检）流程，现场结算和资料整理
任职资格
专科以上学历，有相关客服服务意识和经验；英语良好，具备外资企业或酒店服务业经验者优先考虑。
The Job
1. Work in clinic front desk, provide customer service to clients;
2. Greet clients in a friendly and professional manner and control patient flow;
3. Invoice preparation and receipt of payment for services;
4. Be familiar with the different methods of payment including cash, credit card, corporate credit agreements and direct billing etc.;
5. Record and file timely and ensure update.
The Person
1. Relevant degree;
2. Over 1 year's working experiences in customer service, preferably in an international environment;
3. Available to work fulltime, flexible roster including weekends
4. Good commmand of English
