Leader of four departments: technical / logistics / production / quality
Solute & improve production technology, support development.
Control inventory / purchase / dispatch / production planning
Production management / process improvement
Quality management / lab / quality system

Requirements:
University Degree or professional training in Engineering, Polymer processing, Business, Economics or related fields
Hands-on experience in manufacturing field, textile/Polymer material processing preferred
Management experience in a multi-national company is a must
Clear mentality and Hard working is a must
Work experience in Auto industry before is a plus
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Excellent command of Chinese and English, knowledge of German is plus
Strong team spirit and self motivated, capabilities to work independently
