职位描述

Job Responsibilities:
1. Olympia training system implementation
2. Assist the superior to establish the training system for GKN Sinter China.
3. Work with dept heads, utilize effective and efficient ways/tools to conduct yearly training needs survey
4. Analyze the output of training needs survey and assist to work out yearly training plan/schedule.
5. Communicate with dept heads to budget whole-year training activities. Monitor and control all training activities to make sure all training expenses reasonably and effectively meet the budget
6. Follow up and evaluate each training course. Make training report periodically to feedback to management.
7. Propose training SOP and policies on current condition and promote each decided SOP and policy into practice
8. Responsible for the whole process of group management training projects independently in China.
9. Work closely /keep good relationship with external training vendors and introduce effective training courses as needed
10. If needed, assist to build up an internal trainer team and manage all internal trainers
11.Deliver New Hire Orientation to new comer
12.GKN Academy


Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree and above.
2. 3 years' working experience above in training function
3. Good knowledge on training management and experienced trainer with good training skills
4. Be good at both written and spoken English
5. Basic Microsoft office skills
6. Independent, good team player, communicator
