Global Service Delivery
Within HSBC Technology and Services, Global Service Delivery is a business-aligned, customer-servicing organization with the primary objective of driving operational excellence across our businesses worldwide. Achieving this through the consolidation, simplification and continuous improvement of processes across the full range of HSBC operations, the division simultaneously takes responsibility for managing operational, location and processing risk and ensuring that services provided are at a best-in-class price point for the required quality level.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role. In this role, you will:
1.To meet customers’ high expectations in banking products and services without compromising compliance standards.
2.To allocate limited resources among multiple duties of operations, compliance and development.
3.To minimize human errors in a highly dynamic and regulated banking environment with limited resources
4.To mitigate the risks resulted from inexperience of staff in both operation and frontline after rapid expansion
5.To remotely manage operations team in different cities

Qualifications
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
1.The job holder need to Lead and manage Banking Operations and Counter teams in cross-city sub-branches under catchment area to deliver efficient and cost effective operations and support;
2.Provide quality customer service and control operational and compliance risks..
