职位描述

Job Summary


The Recruitment Administrator provides administration support throughout the full Recruitment life cycle. The Administrator will provide support to the Recruitment specialists and the Recruitment Lead as and when required and provide overall administration support to the recruitment team as required. This role will also involve contact with candidates and Hiring Managers to deal with Recruitment queries. The Recruitment Administrator will also be required to work closely with the other work streams.

Responsibilities/Authorities

Operational

  • Assist recruitment specialist to post job requisitions on 3rd party job boards or other channels where required
  • Search candidates in recruitment databases where required
  • Screen applications and select candidates
  • Ensure all paper work is received and completed according to policy
  • Administer referral process of applicants
  • Review recruit files for completeness
  • Manage logistics of recruitment events
  • Monitor and chasing agency invoices for permanent hires
  • Order recruitment marketing materials from approved vendor and coordinate supply of marketing materials
  • Coordinate Unilever line managers to carry out interviews
  • Conduct background checks that need to be carried out in country
  • Dealing with speculative applications to the client organization
  • Assisting with the graduate recruitment where required
  • Monitor and maintain candidates' record in recruitment database and ensure all required records properly retained in the system
  • And any other duties as required

Cooperation and Communication

  • Communicate accurately using appropriate communication channels both internally with colleagues and externally with clients and candidates.
  • Participate in team meeting discussions.
  • Ability to respond/originate communications using electronic and telephonic systems at any client level.
  • Cooperate with Recruiting Team, HR and Sourcing team regarding candidates

Qualifications


  • Education Bachelor degree or above

Knowledge/Skills Requirements

  • Strong technical skills to deliver service e.g. recruitment administration, candidates data mining etc.
  • Good working knowledge of Word, Excel, e-mail
  • Excellent understanding of Policies, practices and procedures relevant to own work area
  • Strong Administration experience; filing, logistic coordination, understanding customer requirements, prioritizing, system updating, collating.
  • Good English
