职位描述

Job Summary


The position is responsible for providing transaction processing the areas of Compensation and Rewards, Benefits Administration, Labor Budget & Cost Analysis, Performance Management, Employee Data Management, Employee Service, HR Strategy, Communications, Reporting, Mobility, Training and Payroll delivered out of Accenture Delivery Center ensuring that they provide a center of excellence, delivering a professional, high quality, cost effective service to the clients, in accordance with agreed business and customer requirements.


Key Responsibilities


Operational

  • Delivers HR service which may include one or more of the following areas: Compensation and Rewards, Benefits Administration, Labor Budget & Cost Analysis, Performance Management, Employee Data Management, Employee Service, HR Strategy, Communications, Reporting, Mobility, Training and Payroll.
  • May provide services aligned to other service lines / other services from their assigned areas from time-to-time based on business requirements
  • Has a working knowledge of services (products) delivered through work experience and/or training
  • Completes regular standard tasks with the opportunity to vary work sequencing
  • Performs skilled work requiring some functional training or job experience
  • Selects the most appropriate procedures from a given set of solutions / procedures
  • Able to recognize and act on non-standard situations, and adapt work to business goals
  • Provides service in line with the defined Service Level Agreements in place and in accordance with the agreed scope of service as reflected in process flows and DTP
  • Partners effectively with other members of the delivery team on a day-to-day basis in the joint delivery of service (‘products’) to Accenture clients to meet agreed service levels.
  • Prepares official documents and letters

  • Demonstrate support and flexibility to customers and colleagues

Qualifications


  • Education Bachelor degree

Knowledge/Skills Requirements

  • Knowledge of various HR operations
  • Demonstrates excellent customer service skills, particularly a good people manner and strong conversation skills
  • Deals with user concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner, showing empathy with user experience
  • Demonstrates excellent written and spoken communication skills in Mandarin and good written and spoken communication skills English
  • Prioritizes tasks and workload
  • Demonstrates excellent PC and typing skills
  • Maintains customer contact via telephone calls, email and HR systems to progress user case
  • Experience using Microsoft Office
