职位描述
Purpose of the position
-- To take charge of safe, reliable and efficient operation of Jinex plant
Principal responsibilities
1 Safety
？ Follow Group’s SHEQ policies and Gold Rules strictly. Supervise operation specifications, safety specifications and regulations to insure safety of equipment and personal.
2 Production
？ Monitor the operation status of equip. and adjust the production parameter timely to make sure of safe and steady running of plant. And report based on data
？ Overall grasp plant’s operation status and trace the gas consumption. And deal with the possible problems.
？ Timely report the shutdown event and complete the COD report.
3 Maintenance
？ Plan and organise the planned maintenance, pm and daily maintenance.
？ Be charge for the spare parts management and make sure of the low inventory.
4 Establish and maintain a good communication relationship between customers, suppliers and us for normal and emergency. Achieve the production target as the requirement of contract, also control the variable cost.
5 Supervise operator’s activities of operation. Follow out each specification and regulation etc. Training, execution and assess for operators. And manage the operators for daily work.
6 Coordinate with authorities and other departments. Understand the new requirement of local. And Examine and verify relative license and certification.
7 Participate/ coordinate the training from safety department.

Required qualifications/experience
1. Junior college degree in engineering discipline
2. At least 3 year experience in relative production area.
3. Understand the requirement of Group and Safety.
4. Good relationship and self – expression capability.
5. Be acceptable English reading and writing capability.
