Responsibilities:

Order fulfillment

• Manage the daily production workload against daily production capacity
• Production order fulfillment
• Plan producing ADSM and commercial sample by closely working with Sample Lab&ADSM supervisor
• Respond to reply customer the detail status of sales orders and commercial samples
• Plan and prepare pick list to warehouse to arrange FXB replenishment and material transfer order

Business Process improvement

• Define, create and maintain SAP master data, BOM check and review
• Set right yield and special procurement type
• Minimize the total replenishment lead time
• Prepare and analyze daily production report and compounder workload report
• Secure confidentiality of shop floor paper and keep production record to QA department
• Work with production supervisor to arrange buffer management
• 5S project coordination
• New Product Introduction process improvement

Inventory management

• Correct production inventory when deviation found
• Decide finished goods blending together with quality department
• Decide to make or explode intermediate/sub against IP concept

MRO requisition

• Manage non-product relate material's planning
• Goods receive according to the system
• Respond stationery purchase

SERA compliance

• Create safety instruction on shop floor paper
• Generate MSDS data sheet as required
• Monitor shop floor's safety operation
• Conduct safety and quality internal inspection
• Create near miss report monthly

People development

• Develop backup subordinate
• Coach packer to print shipping label according filling instruction sheet
• Work closely with ADSM, FG planner, Sample coordinator for supporting

Requirements:

• Degree of College
• At least 5 years working experience with MRP or SAP or similar system
• Verbal communication skill and basic English command are necessary.
