Responsibilities:

• Plan and purchas raw materials with suppliers to support the order fulfillment ;
• Analyse and submit RM forecast to GSS / Affiliates / Vendors
• Monitor purchase orders performance to support production planning;
• Create / maintain / release / receive manufacturing orders to meet customer requirements based on daily SAP Supply-Demands status;
• Keep close cooperation with Production department to maximize production capacity and meanwhile keep considerable efficiency in order to lower down plant working cost;
• Manage finished goods inventory planning parameters (Safety Stock, Re-order point quantities, Lot Size, Lead-time, etc..) such that the finished goods availability levels are in line with the monthly S&OP expectations
• Track and manage the accuracy and effectiveness of the finished goods supply plan/execution schedules to rationally adjust forecast and to continuously improve the overall master scheduling process.
• Control Inventory level and ensure it is maintained at a healthy level,to minimize the risk of obsilete & slow moving stock,analyze reasons & develop solutions
• Control Air Freight cost or urgent expedite cost of Raw Materials.
• Coordinate with internal and external to achieve high efficient supply chain

Requirements:

• College degree or above
• 3+ years relevant working experience in multinational company or JV;
• A minimum of two years working with an ERP or SAP system
• Organizing capability;
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese is a must;
• Fine computer skill
