Job description
Employees are responsible for selling Cloud & SI software products and solutions to customers in Great Shijiazhuang. Includes understanding clients' needs and providing software solutions which will contribute to their success.
Skills: Experienced seller who has very good relationship with local marketing, knowing local IT status, business target and purchased behavior. Skilful in software solution selling.
Environment:
Professional knowledge related to collaboration and leadership.
Communication/Negotiation:
Advise other professionals. Effectively utilize group dynamics. Negotiate to define approaches and goals.
Problem Solving:
Recognize complex problems related to functional objectives. Analyze situations and implement solutions, or develop new system elements, procedures or processes. Creativity and judgment applied to developmental work on different projects within the business environment.
Impact on Business/Scope:
Accountable for department results and for activities and/or projects involving multi-functional teams. Regularly participates in overall functional program planning. Activities are subject to business measurements, impact customer satisfaction, and impact project costs or expenses.
Required Skills
1) Bachelor degree or above;
2) Cloud solution knowledge;
3) At least 5 years experience in cooperation with clients and business partners - proven track record of solid achievement at current/previous companies.
4) Strong ability to identify and prioritize the key opportunities.
5) Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
6) Excellent selling and presentation skills.
7) MNC experience is preferred.
