职位描述
1) Oversees production control activities to ensure material flow through production in support of the production plans to satisfy business goals and customer demands.
2) Responsible for evaluating the performance of personnel in the department. This individual recommends training requirements, has the duty to keep the staff at the highest level of skill necessary to meet company needs and objectives, and may recommend that personnel be hired or removed from the department.
3) Develops and implements methods to improve productivity within established payroll and
expense budgets.
4) Identifies needed labor and ensures that necessary effort is applied in production area to ensure correct flow of product to meet production schedule.
5) Designs and develops programs and procedures to increase productivity in both assembly and molding workshop.
6) Implements and administers all policies and procedures designed for molding area and assembly areas.
7) Contribute to improve staff’s quality sense and construct an enterprise culture which focus on quality, utilizing proper quality control method to continuously improve quality level;
8) On site quality control including initial inspection and process quality control, report to QA dept for the quality issue which PD dept can’t resolved
9) Set up production statistics to analysis the productivity, find root cause out with first time
10) Carry out the CIS activity in PD dept and continuously reduce manufacture cost
11) Identify and implement continuous improvement workshops.
12) Cell define and set up to improve efficiency
13) Comply with TRW HS&E requirement in workshop and assure safety operation, keep SR target < 9, TRIR target < 0.8
14) Control environment target, index, management plan achievement in dept.
15)Responsible for the Logistics department and QA department related work.
Key Competencies:
1.Knowledge of planning, budgeting and operations in a production environment.
2.Full knowledge of Manufacturing Requirements Planning (MRP), 6 Sigma, SPC , Lean Production are required.
3.Good people-management skills.
4.Good English communication skills.
5. Good Cooperation and coordination with related department.
5. Motivate and incentive leadership
Education and Experience:
1. Bachelor Degree/ Diploma in Plastics Technology or Manufacturing Engineering with extensive technical and supervisory background in a high volume molding operation.
2. Minimum of five years in manufacturing management or related field
3. Molding injection area preferred. .
