职位描述
工作职责：
l 销售工作
从事店铺销售工作，并通过团队协作以达到店铺销售目标
l 人员管理
1. 协助店长对于店铺人员的日常管理。包括排班，考勤，加班等相关工作
2. 开展团队建设活动，建立团队协作精神
3. 主动了解和发现店铺管理中的问题并及时汇报
l 客户服务
1. 维护品牌在消费者心中及市场的高品质形象，提高客户对品牌的满意度，忠诚度
2. 确保店铺员工售前和售后服务，主动、及时了解客户的需求和反馈信息
3. 有效地处理客人的意见和投诉
l 店铺日常运营
1. 进行每日工作检查，及时发现并解决存在的问题；
2. 协助店长处理店内营运行政，店长不在时,能独立承担委派工作和责任
l 培训相关
配合及协助进行员工培训，包括产品知识、服务质量、基本英语及电脑操作等，以提高店铺员工综合素质，提升销售能力以达成销售目标
l 其他
协助完成店铺其他相关事宜

l 年龄: 28~35
l 工作经验: 至少五年零售相关经验，有店铺管理经验尤佳
l 行业相关经验:有男装或奢侈品行业经验优先
l 语言要求: 普通话标准，会简单英语口语尤佳
l 教育背景: 高中学历及以上
l 性格: 仔细认真，具有团队协作精神，可以在压力下工作
l 其他: 形象气质佳，有亲和力
