天津招聘

岗位职责：
1.Build and lead the department to meet the business target;
2.Develop and manage the performance of the department;
3.Develop and maintain client relationship;
4.Assist in the company’s business development, including but not limited to establishing new business contacts, conducting speeches in chamber’s events and developing new service line;
5.Lead and supervise accounting teams;
6.Liaise with clients on all accounting related matters and ensure quality of services;
7.Training support to junior accountants;
8.Provide guidance and direction to the accounting teams to ensure consistency in the application of accounting policies and practices;
9.Provide interpretations, analysis and recommendations to facilitate clients’ management decision making;
10.Manage and obtain resources to ensure effective delivery of quality service; and
11.Other ad hoc assignments.

任职要求
1.Bachelor degree major in Accounting or Finance;
2.Professional qualification holder with CPA or ACCA qualification;
3.Over 10 years of relevant experience in areas of accounting & tax, management accounting & budgeting, etc; 5 years in senior management position and Big 4 experience is an added advantage;
4.Strong knowledge of PRC and international accounting standards, tax laws and regulations, experience in IFRS, US GAAP, SOX and etc.
