Job Title:Human Resource Officer
Location:Changzhou

Purpose:
The Human Resources Supervisor leads the development of a high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce. In a school that values its staff and the relationships that exist between them, this role is seen as crucial to the successful management and achievement of our school mission.
In collaboration with the Head of School and other key leadership team members, the Human Resource Supervisor takes responsibility for and meets the needs of a healthy workforce both in spirit and work outcomes.

Responsibilities:
·Make the recruiting plan based on the school developing plan.
·Recruit the employees according to the recruiting plan (find the recruit channels and post job description, select the CVs, do the first interview and recommend the suitable candidates to each department Manager for second interview).
·Lead and manage the induction process for all new staff at all levels to ensure all regulations are met..
·In charge of the HR documents record and updating
·Sign the labor contract with employees and labor contract management.
·Handle employee's resign, promotion, position transferring processes.
·Handle the employee attendance and day off management.
·In charge of the employee's warfare, social insurance and housing fund payment and management.
·In charge of the Z visa or professor certificate application for the foreign employees.
·Develop and implement HR policy, procedures and systems, such as record management.
·Give the proper suggestion to Headmaster on employee management and the labour legal issues.
·Design and facilitate performance review processes as well as training and development programs to ensure programs achieve targets and progress staff development and career progress.
·Monitor staff morale, satisfaction and tone. Support and lead strategies to maximise staff satisfaction with their workplace
·Work closely with the Finance manager to ensure salaries and packages are paid and met appropriately.
·Interpret and advise on all legislation pertaining to staffing.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above.
2. Minimum 2 years HR supervisor experience.
3. Familiar with the social insurance and housing fund policy in local.
4 Advanced studies preferably in Human Resources, Training and Development.
5. Proven high levels of initiative and responsibility.
6. Demonstrated high-level time management skills with an ability to manage a busy work schedule together with outstanding organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise workloads, work under pressure and remain flexible to changing priorities, multi-task and succeed under pressure.
7. Capacity to maintain strictest confidence and to deal with all matters in a tactful, discreet and sensitive manner.
8. High level written and oral communication and interpersonal skills (both English and Mandarin).
9. Well developed computer skills, including familiarity with complete MS Office suite, email, search engines and internet browsers.
10. Experience with staff supervision, training and development.
11. A demonstrated ability to work in a collegiate manner with other staff in the workplace, to work as part of a team, and also work independently with minimum supervision.
12. High value in education, innovation and life-long learning.
13. A demonstrated understanding of international mindedness and the ability to work in a complex multicultural environment.
