Responsibilities
? Site installation supervising;
? Customer training;
? CAC / acceptance certificate from Customer
? Support the spare and wear parts sales
? Customer technical Support
Tasks
? Be in charge or personally handle all the tasks related to the installation or installation supervision of our equipment.
? Be in charge of commissioning and trouble shooting as far as this is not done by our local partners.
? After commissioning is finished, make sure that the acceptance certificate / CAC is signed and by this starting the warranty period.
? Be in charge of trouble shooting and visit the customer and handle the problem personally.
? Follow a standard check list to make sure all installation requirements are met.
? Follow the budget / cost estimation for the installation works.
? Participate in the inspection of main parts such as steel structures, hoppers, hoods ducting.
? Actively educate and help to improve quality of sub suppliers and partners for above mentioned parts.
? Prepare visit/service reports and travel plans
? Actively contribute to the spare part and new product sales by giving new leads and contacts to sales.
? Execute all work with safely to self and others, and with high quality

Qualification
? Bachelors degree or above in a mechanical or engineering field. .
? At least 5 years’ experience in after sales service or in similar positions
? Strong knowledge on relevant projects, products, processes & procedures
? Self-motivated, pleasant and outgoing personality with good communication skills
? Responsible, service minded professional with a real sense of company interest
? Strong team player with good integrity.
? Strong skills in analysis, planning, innovation, negotiation, supporting sales and distributors in technical matters
? Be able to respect procedures and meet objectives
? Pay attention to details and ability to work under pressure
? Proficiency on communication in both written and spoken in English
? CAD basic knowledge
? Willing to travel intensively
