职位概述
Translate for patients and provide written translations of TJU material from Chinese/English into Korean. Responsible for monitoring and maintaining quality customer service in the hospital, handling complaints as well as providing information service to our patients.
岗位职责
1. Translate oral and written from Korean to English/Chinese (vice versa)
2. Provides information to patients in a pleasant and helpful manner in Korean and English
3. Provide assistance to doctors, nurses, cashiers, pharmacists and other staff in the hospital when needed to communicate effectively with Korean patients
4. Help patients with cashier formalities
5. Provide general information of the hospital and services to Korean patients
6. Give hospital tours
7. Act as Care Coordinator for new Korean Patients to BJU assisting them with registrations, requests and questions about the hospital
8. When necessary, accompany patients to local hospitals to provide translation
9. Daily visit new Korean inpatients and deliver high quality service to them
10. Overseeing and implementing projects for developing Korean market
11. Work with Marketing department on Korean patient service advertisements. I.e. Editing Magazine advertisement, plan events, etc and liaise with Ads companies
12. Collects survey data and prepares reports that reflect the level of activity and relative satisfaction of the services provided to Korean patients
13. Maintain a thorough knowledge of Basic hospital charges/ discounts/ packages/ facilities/ special events etc.
14. Ensure that complaints are properly logged and acted upon by trying to avoid any patient leaving the hospital dissatisfied. Solicits assistance from the Patient Services Manager when needed.
15. Ensure all patient comments are logged and forwarded to the Patient Services Manager
16. Be alive to new ideas which could benefit the hospital
17. Deliver high quality service to patients
18. Identify VIP and regular patients and develop rapport to offer personalized service
19. Assist in resolving registration, billing, insurance and accounting problems
20. Help with patient requests, e.g. help organize copies of medical records and send to patients, Patient repatriation coordination
21. Assist on new projects related to PS
22. Be back up person to help visit inpatients or deal with complaints for non Korean patients
任职条件
1. University degree
2. Some reception work experience an advantage
3. Good written and oral communication skills
4. Fluent Korean, fluent English
5. Good command of Chinese
6. Good Command of Japanese would be preferable
7. Good knowledge of computer software
8. Good knowledge of Korean Culture and community in Tianjin
9. Good knowledge of medical terminology
