Responsibilities:

1.Be responsible for the general management for whole operations team in LYG facility, including Manufacturing, Purchasing & Logistic and Facility Maintenance.
2.To identify, train and develop potential successors within the organization
3.Monitor KPIs of each department and report the operations situation to headquarters in monthly SGD meeting.
4.Implement MBO evaluation system to build up operations team to align the business expansion of the company.
5.Take the authority of approval of work process by following compliance procedure and for cost control purpose.
6.Mange the major export projects for best quality and better delivery.
7.Drive continuous improvements for the better quality level of products.
8.Deploy Lean in plant to increase the efficiency and reduce the cost, result in improvement of customers’ satisfaction and increase of customers’ value.
9.Maintain the quality management system and certificate of products, such as ISO9001, ISO14001, etc.
10.Control the inventory level and improve the lead-time of products by optimizing supply chain.
11.Be responsible for the achievement of a 5S plant.


Qualifications:
1.Bachelor's degree from four-year College or University major in Mechanical will be preferred; ten or more years related experience and/or training in MNC, Fueling company experience will be preferred.
2.Must have in-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes; excellent analytical and problem solving skills; excellent interpersonal and team building skills;
3.Great Lean and 6sigma knowledge and experience , black belt will be preferred.
4.Experience with computerized back office systems and ERP systems; ability to establish and maintain strong teams.
5.Must be fluent in Chinese Mandarin and reading and writing in English is required.
6.Long term planning and strategic abilities.
