Reputable conglomerate with ambitious and aggressive expansion plans for its current real estate and mall operations in Northern and Central China . Several malls/department stores are expected to be completed within the next few years.

FINANCIAL CONTROLLER for Hypermart /Retail Operations ( Y30,000---Y36,000 MONTHLY PACKAGE)

Qualifications:
1. Must be CPA, MBA preferred ,though not necessary
2. Must have solid accounting experience. Strong priority for those with experience in hypermart/retail /mall concerns.
3. Priority shall be accorded to applicants with experience/s in the Big 4 accounting firms.
4. Must have good command of English and Mandarin
5. With unquestionable integrity and character

Job Description:
--Financial reporting and analysis, closing of books, generating financial statements within designated timelines, knowledgeable with IFRS and China GAAP preferred
--Operations Control: internal controls, SOP preparation and maintenance
--Taxation and regulatory permits administration
--Cash flow management , operational treasury(day to day cash control) , annual budgeting preparation and monthly control

Posting in Tianjin, though regular travels to other retail operations will be required.
