? Supplier Market Survey
供应市场调查
? Locate and recommend new suppliers, based on key standards
按照供应商的选择依据选择供应商，推荐符合要求的供应商
? Issue RFQ (Request for Quotation) packages to select suppliers and ensure timely response from suppliers
询价和确保及时完成询价
? Initial review of robustness of quote from suppliers, review and assist in negotiations of best-in-class piece price and vendor tooling costs
分析报价，确定目标价格，进行价格谈判，制定标准价格
? Support Quality function in areas including supplier site evaluation and qualification process of suppliers
支持质量职能部门来共同完成供应商评估和批准过程
? Support PD (Product Development) function as and when required in evaluating potential suppliers and providing an interface between supplier and PD teams
支持产品研发职能部门的产品开发，作为协调联系的窗口
? Presentation of key supplier date to support Purchasing, STA & PD sourcing decisions, such as quality performance, level of quality accreditation, technology/process capability and Design Development capability
提供充足数据和信息来支持采购和资源开发决策，例如，供应商绩效数据（成本，质量，交付），供应商的技术开发/工艺能力情况

QUALIFICATION

? University degree of Mechanical or Electronica.
大学文化程度，机械类或电子类。
? 5 to 8 years related working experience like Purchasing, Sourcing, Design, Supplier Quality, and Operation.
5到8年工作经验，曾从事过采购，资源开发，供应商质量，设计，生产制造岗位之一的。
? English speaking, reading, writing.
具备英语说，看，写能力。
? Good knowledge of Mechanical or Electronica engineering.
扎实的工程技术知识，机械类或电子类。
? Good knowledge of Supply Chain, Purchasing, Sourcing, Cost reduction, Supplier Quality, and Operation.
熟悉采购，资源开发，成本降低，供应商质量，生产制造工作流程。
? Good skills of Purchasing management, Sourcing, Negotiation, Cost reduction, Quality improvement, On time delivery management, People communication, Project management, Team management.
具备技能：采购管理，资源开发，谈判，成本降低，质量改进，按时交货率管理，人际沟通， 项目管理，团队管理。
