- For our Industry Sector in NANJING,we are looking for a SNC I DT Mechanical Component Engineer(Nanjing) 西门子数控（南京）有限公司 机械元器件工程师.

What are my responsibilities?

1.New component introduction, sample qualification, component release, Component data input and maintance in TC

2.Supplier pre-assessement , official audit , evaluation, periodical supplier ranking . And support supplier process audit in A&D for local suppliers.

3.Component quality assurance and management, supplier/component quality monitor and improvement

4.Trouble shooting of material problem in incoming inspection & production line & return goods ,unqualified component claim to supplier with SP and LC.

5.General quality assurance/ quality assurance agreement negotiation and subscription

6.Review supplier’s Product-Change-Notifications and coordinate handing of cancelled or updated components in SNC

7.Provide technical support to incoming inspection via inspection plan

8.Project participant & coordination on component qualification and supplier improvement during sample period

9.Material team participant to define and implement supplier/material stratage and material problem solving with SP, RD, LC

10.End of life component handling with SP, RD, LC

11.In cooperation and support the process of second sourcing, supplier reduction together with SP, RD

12.Carry out market-studies and search for information on new products.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

1.Minimum of 3 years mechanical technology working experience

2.Minimum of 2 years supplier quality assurance & management and audit experience

3.Excellent English communciation and network ability

4.Experience of working in or working with multi cultural environments

What else do I need to know?

1.Mechanical material qualification/ analysis capability, manufacturing know how, field search

2.Process audit skill (VDA6.3 & ISO9001)
