英特宜家购物中心集团（IICG）与合作伙伴宜家家居（IKEA）携手开发、管理，且共同持有购物中心。2011年我们的第30个购物中心正式开业，集团还将继续扩张，在欧洲和中国开辟新的市场。未来的几年里, 集团将大大增加商业零售面积, 购置至少6块土地, 另外现在有24个项目在建和规划中。

职位：Event Supervisor

工作职责

To develop shopping center’s annual event plan and budget

To implement event according to approved plan within budget and make evaluation of event to improve in future plans wherever applicable

To handle the execution of the national marketing project and adopt base on local condition

To collect and analyze competitor’s event on a regular basis

To support PR supervisor in tenant relationship maintenance in order to create opportunity for joint efforts with tenantss

要求

Degree in Marketing, Business Management or related subject

3+ years of solid marketing experience, with strong understanding of basic principles & knowledge of Marketing

With relevant experience from shopping centre business or related business

Good personality skill, good leadership and people management skills

Creative, strong analytical and problem solving skills

Ability to work under pressure and to the deadlines

High drive, self-disciplined, self-motivated and willing to take own initiatives

Good written and verbal communication in English is preferred
